5. Website Content

Brivanta aims to keep website information useful and current, but website content may change. Content may include service descriptions, educational articles, business guides, general information, examples, pricing information, FAQs, and technology information.

Website information may not always represent a customised recommendation for an individual business.

6. General & Educational Information

Resources, blogs, guides, and articles are provided for general informational purposes only.

They should not automatically be treated as:

  • Financial advice
  • Investment advice
  • Professional accounting advice
  • Regulatory advice

Where specialised advice is required, users should consult an appropriately qualified professional.

7. Enquiries & Communications

Submitting a contact form, WhatsApp message, email, or enquiry does not automatically create a service contract. An enquiry generally means a request for information or discussion.

A formal engagement begins only when applicable conditions are met, such as scope being agreed, commercial terms agreed, required documents completed, payment requirements satisfied, or a service agreement/proposal/order is accepted.

8. Service Descriptions

Brivanta's website describes categories of services. Actual services may depend on business requirements, eligibility, documentation, technical feasibility, applicable regulations, availability of third-party providers, and agreed scope.

The service page should not automatically be treated as a promise to provide every listed activity to every customer.

  • Quotes may be based on information available at the time.
  • Scope should be reviewed before acceptance.
  • Quotes may have validity periods.
  • Additional work may require additional charges.

Customers should provide genuine and accurate information. Brivanta should not knowingly submit false information to government authorities, lenders, professional bodies, or other third parties. If information is incomplete or inconsistent, Brivanta may request clarification before proceeding.

Brivanta may assist with funding-readiness, documentation, project reports, application coordination, and connecting customers with relevant funding channels.

Loan approval, funding amount, interest rate, tenure, subsidy, collateral requirements, and final terms are determined by the relevant lender or authority. Brivanta does not guarantee funding approval unless a specific legally binding arrangement expressly states otherwise.

15. CA, Legal & Other Professional Services

If Brivanta coordinates services involving Chartered accountants, Lawyers, Tax professionals, Auditors, or other regulated professionals, we clearly distinguish between Brivanta's coordination/assistance and the professional advice provided by the appropriately qualified professional.
